A customer can pay for their order via online payment or cash on delivery. We support multiple online payment options that includes net banking, credit/debit card (Visa, Master and Maestro) and cash cards. Our trusted payment gateway, with secure encryption ensures that your transaction is safe. Alternatively, one can pay at the time of delivery as well. We accept cash only. At the time of checkout, customer needs to mention the preferred mode of payment (online payment, cash). A customer can use cash at the time of payment.

ZopWallet is ZopNow's answer to all your payment hassles. Just add money once to your ZopWallet by visiting this page. Once the money is added, it will convert into zoppies that can be used by you to pay for your future orders without having to remember credit/debit card or netbanking details every time you want to shop on ZopNow.

What is 'Free Shipping'?
You can get free shipping on your orders based on the amount of shopping done in previous month.
I just need few orders to be free of shipping charges. Can I get that?
Yes, just ensure that you shop for Rs. 2500 or more in a month to get 4 orders with free shipping charges next month.
How do I apply a discount coupon on my order?
A customer can apply discount coupon from the shopping cart at the bottom. We allow only one coupon usage per delivery. Customers can view the money saved by coupon discount on the bottom right section of the webpage.
How do I apply a cashback coupon on my order?
A customer can apply cashback coupon from the shopping cart. Only one coupon is allowed per order. The cashback will be added to the customer's account only after the order is delivered to the customer. You can view your cashback amount by visiting 'My Zoppies'
How do I get a refund?
A customer can get a refund in terms of our loyalty points (zoppies). Alternatively, if the payment has been made online, one can get an online refund. Online refund typically takes around 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
